Ley No. 8-90 Seeks to promote the establishment of free zones and the growth of existing ones..

Ley No. 56-07. Declares national priority sectors within the textile chain, apparel and accessories;  skins, manufacture of leather footwear manufacturing and creates a national regulatory regime for these industries.

Norma 12-07. For the application of Law 56-07 that declares of national priority sectors within the textile chain, apparel and accessories; skins, manufacture of leather footwear manufacturing.

Decreto No. 334-07. Establishes rules for trade and export of scrap metal, scrap and scrap copper, aluminum and its alloys.

Ley No. 187-07. Provides the mechanism in which  the sums received and accepted by workers each year until the first of January 2005,  will be considered as final balance and a discharge in respect of their employment benefits.

Ley No. 174-07. To issue a financial guarantee as collateral for loans granted by commercial banks to free zone companies. G.O. No. 10425.

Resolución No. 10-2011. Pertains to National Minimum Wage for  Workers in Duty Free Zones.
