Along with her, in addition, the businessman Luis Bordas Castellanos, who was designated as vice president of the Council, by order of President Luis Abinader, by decree 620-22, was sworn in.

"We assume this new challenge with the commitment to continue promoting the dynamism and work we have been doing, with the intention of creating more jobs and better opportunities for the productive sector of our province," said Mileyka Brugal after taking the oath.

The Board of Directors is also made up of Ana María Frías Rosario de Castillo, secretary; Fernando José Ortega Zeller, treasurer, as well as José Daniel Jiménez Rivera, Segundo Polanco Balbuena, Rafael Augusto Fernández Cruz and Miguel Ángel Jiménez Messón.

It is also made up as ex officio members, the director of the National Council of Export Free Zones, the Puerto Plata Municipal Council, and a representative of the Chamber of Commerce and Production of Puerto Plata.
