The Puerto Plata Free Zone Council presents 2022 management report during its last meeting of the year

Mileyka Brugal presented the report, which included a breakdown of actions in areas such as "Institutional strengthening", Inter-institutional representation and support", "Renovation and implementation of improvements in park areas", among others.

The Puerto Plata Industrial Zone Corporation held this Monday the last meeting of the year of its board of directors, the first headed by Mileyka Brugal and Luis Alfredo Bordas, recently sworn in as president and vice president of said board, respectively.

The meeting, which took place in the institution's meeting room, served as a framework to present the council's management report, corresponding to the year 2022.

Mileyka Brugal presented the report, which included a breakdown of actions in areas such as "Institutional strengthening", Inter-institutional representation and support", "Renovation and implementation of improvements in park areas", among others.

Brugal ended the presentation by urging all members of the council to continue supporting actions and initiatives that allow for a management with important precedents to benefit the economic dynamism of Puerto Plata, a province that is strengthening as a tourist and investment destination.

Daniel Liranzo, for the National Council of Free Export Zones (CNZFE), Manuel Cocco, representing the Puerto Plata Chamber of Commerce and Production, and José Valbuena, legal consultant for the Puerto Plata Municipal Council, also participated in this meeting. Together with Ana María Frías, Augusto Fernández, José Daniel Jiménez, Fernando Ortega and Segundo Polanco.
